Eurostat data shows that almost every third young person is at risk of poverty and exclusion, which indicates the need for diagnostic and methodological actions in the field of opportunities for and threats to the development of the young generation. With a view to new challenges (intensification of globalization, technological development, variability of social structures caused by the effects of migration), it should be stated that there is a parallel, contemporaneous need to redefine the factors threatening and supporting the development of today\u2019s youth. In-depth reflection on broadly understood educational and social initiatives undertaken in this area is also recommended. The issues above constitute the content of study programs in the field of social professions (pedagogy, sociology, social work).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Considering the above assumptions, the project\u2019s goal was defined as the improvement of the didactic offer in the field of youth work at the universities involved in the project by implementing the assumptions of the concept of Positive Youth Development, and especially by strengthening positive resources supporting the development and education of young people. In particular, the project draws attention to building identity based on the principle of communitarianism, volunteering, involvement in the life of local communities or pro-social activity (with special emphasis on the issue of multiculturalism in contemporary societies).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In the first stage of the project, research on the status of young people in partner countries will be carried out, permitting the diagnosis of problems and identifying available resources. This will be the basis for developing an integrated education program for youth workers (at the undergraduate level). The program of classes will be implemented at partner universities in groups of 10 students led by 2 teachers in a cycle of one semester. The textbook and anthology of texts prepared as a part of the project will be a teaching aid. The first of them will present current factors supporting and disrupting the development of young people, strategies to deal with contemporary threats in line with the idea of globalism (think globally act locally). The second study will be theoretical commentary on youth from a socio-cultural, socio-ecological and socio-political perspective. The crowning achievement of the project will be a summer school and a conference that will allow the exchange of educational experiences of students and academic teachers and promotion of the effects of joint work.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator\"\/>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"alignleft\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"64\" height=\"64\" src=\"http:\/\/young.uwb.edu.pl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/11\/iconfinder_Poland_92289.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-239\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>M\u0142odzie\u017c to szczeg\u00f3lna kategoria obywateli Unii Europejskiej, stanowi\u0105ca oko\u0142o 14 procent mieszka\u0144c\u00f3w. Z danych Eurostatu wynika, \u017ce niemal co trzeci m\u0142ody cz\u0142owiek jest zagro\u017cony ub\u00f3stwem i wykluczeniem, co wskazuje na konieczno\u015b\u0107 podj\u0119cia dzia\u0142a\u0144 o charakterze diagnostycznym i metodycznym w zakresie szans i zagro\u017ce\u0144 rozwoju m\u0142odego pokolenia. Maj\u0105c na wzgl\u0119dzie nowe wyzwania (intensyfikacj\u0119 proces\u00f3w globalizacyjnych, rozw\u00f3j technologiczny, zmienno\u015b\u0107 struktur spo\u0142ecznych spowodowan\u0105 procesami migracyjnymi) nale\u017cy stwierdzi\u0107, \u017ce istnieje wsp\u00f3\u0142cze\u015bnie konieczno\u015b\u0107&nbsp; redefinicji czynnik\u00f3w zagra\u017caj\u0105cych oraz wspomagaj\u0105cych rozw\u00f3j m\u0142odego pokolenia. Wskazana jest tak\u017ce pog\u0142\u0119biona refleksja nad szeroko rozumianymi inicjatywami edukacyjnymi i socjalnymi podejmowanymi&nbsp; w tym obszarze.&nbsp; Powy\u017csze zagadnienia stanowi\u0105 tre\u015bci program\u00f3w studi\u00f3w w zakresie profesji spo\u0142ecznych (pedagogika, socjologia, praca socjalna).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Uwzgl\u0119dniaj\u0105c powy\u017csze prawid\u0142owo\u015bci przyj\u0119to, \u017ce celem projektu jest doskonalenie oferty dydaktycznej w zakresie pracy z m\u0142odzie\u017c\u0105 w uczelniach zaanga\u017cowanych w projekt poprzez implementacj\u0119 za\u0142o\u017ce\u0144&nbsp; koncepcji pozytywnego rozwoju m\u0142odzie\u017cy (Positive Youth Development), zw\u0142aszcza poprzez wzmacnianie pozytywnych zasob\u00f3w wspieraj\u0105cych rozw\u00f3j i edukacj\u0119 m\u0142odych ludzi. W spos\u00f3b szczeg\u00f3lny w projekcie zwraca si\u0119 uwag\u0119 na budowanie to\u017csamo\u015bci w&nbsp; oparciu o zasad\u0119 komunitaryzmu, wolontariat, zaanga\u017cowanie w \u017cycie lokalnych spo\u0142eczno\u015bci czy aktywno\u015b\u0107 prospo\u0142eczn\u0105 (ze szczeg\u00f3lnym uwzgl\u0119dnieniem zagadnienia wielokulturowo\u015bci wsp\u00f3\u0142czesnych spo\u0142ecze\u0144stw).W pierwszym etapie projektu zostan\u0105 przeprowadzone badania nad statusem m\u0142odzie\u017cy w krajach partnerskich, umo\u017cliwiaj\u0105ce diagnoz\u0119 zasob\u00f3w i problem\u00f3w. To b\u0119dzie podstawa do opracowania zintegrowanego programu edukacji os\u00f3b pracuj\u0105cych z m\u0142odzie\u017c\u0105 (na poziomie studi\u00f3w licencjackich). Program zaj\u0119\u0107 b\u0119dzie realizowany w uczelniach partnerskich w grupach 10 student\u00f3w prowadzonych przez 2 nauczycieli w cyklu jednego semestru. Drugie opracowanie b\u0119dzie teoretycznym komentarzem na temat m\u0142odzie\u017cy z perspektywy spo\u0142eczno-kulturowej, spo\u0142eczno-ekologicznej i spo\u0142eczno-politycznej. Projekta rezult\u0101ti b\u016bs izmantojami soci\u0101lo profesiju speci\u0101listiem k\u0101 instrumenti darbam ar jaunie\u0161u grup\u0101m. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator\"\/>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"alignleft\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"64\" height=\"64\" src=\"http:\/\/young.uwb.edu.pl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/11\/iconfinder_Sweden_92367.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-243\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Den\nEuropeiska befolkningen best\u00e5r till cirka 14 procent av unga m\u00e4nniskor.\nEurostats uppgifter visar att n\u00e4stan varje tredje ungdom \u00e4r i riskzonen f\u00f6r\nfattigdom och utest\u00e4ngning fr\u00e5n arbetsmarknaden, vilket indikerar behovet av\nmetodologiska \u00e5tg\u00e4rder f\u00f6r att st\u00e4rka den unga generationens utveckling och\nm\u00f6jligheter. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Samh\u00e4llet\nst\u00e5r inf\u00f6r nya utmaningar s\u00e5som globalisering, teknisk utveckling samt variationer\ni sociala strukturer orsakade av effekterna av migration, sociokulturella f\u00f6r\u00e4ndringar,\nbrist p\u00e5 integrationsanpassade strukturer, lagar och\/eller bem\u00f6tande. Dessa\naktuella samh\u00e4llsutmaningar har p\u00e5visat stora behov av att omdefiniera de\nfaktorer som hotar en positiv utveckling av dagens ungdom utifr\u00e5n ett socialt,\nkulturellt och utbildningsm\u00e4ssigt perspektiv. Samh\u00e4llsarbete med utsatta\ngrupper &nbsp;ing\u00e5r inneh\u00e5llsm\u00e4ssigt i\nvarierande omfattning inom h\u00f6gre yrkesutbildning f\u00f6r professionella sociala\nyrken s\u00e5som socialt arbete, socialpedagogik, pedagogik, sociologi mm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Med\nbeaktande av ovanst\u00e5ende har det aktuella projektets m\u00e5l fokuserat p\u00e5\nf\u00f6rb\u00e4ttringsarbete och utveckling av didaktik som v\u00e4nder sig till studenter\ninom framtida sociala yrken f\u00f6r att st\u00f6tta deras beredskap inom socialt arbete\nmed unga. &nbsp;Vikten l\u00e4ggs p\u00e5 positiv\nungdomsutveckling, och s\u00e4rskilt sociala interventioner som kan st\u00e4rka positiva\nresurser f\u00f6r utveckling och utbildning av utsatta ungdomsgrupper. I synnerhet\nuppm\u00e4rksammar projektet st\u00f6d f\u00f6r unga personers identitet och livsval baserad\np\u00e5 principer om v\u00e4lf\u00e4rdsystemens samh\u00e4llsarbete, social mobilisering, socialt\nf\u00f6r\u00e4ndringsarbete, volont\u00e4rarbete och engagemang i lokalsamh\u00e4llets liv eller\npro-social aktivitet (med s\u00e4rskild tonvikt p\u00e5 fr\u00e5gan om multikulturalism i\nsamtida samh\u00e4llen).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I\nprojektets f\u00f6rsta etapp genomf\u00f6rs forskningsstudie kring aktuellt kunskapsl\u00e4ge\noch identifieras f\u00f6rekommande problem och tillg\u00e4ngliga resurser utifr\u00e5n de\ndeltagande universitetens \u201dcross-country\u201d perspektiven. Detta kommer att ligga\ntill grund f\u00f6r utveckling av en integrerad utbildningsmodul som riktas mot\nungdomsarbete inom yrkesutbildningar p\u00e5 senare grundniv\u00e5 (undergraduate)\nrespektive tidig avancerad niv\u00e5. Kursen \u00e4r t\u00e4nkt att genomf\u00f6ras som en\nsommarskola med 10 deltagande studenter fr\u00e5n respektive partnersuniversitet. F\u00f6r\n\u00e4ndam\u00e5let kommer \u00e4ven utvecklas l\u00e4romedel i form av studenthandbok och en\nantologi. Avsikten \u00e4r att handboken lyfter fram verktyg f\u00f6r st\u00f6d och\npragmatiska f\u00f6rh\u00e5llningss\u00e4tt i studentens kommande yrkesarbete med unga\nm\u00e4nniskor. Antologin kommer att behandla teoretiska perspektiv utifr\u00e5n arbete\nmed unga ur ett socialpedagogiskt, sociokulturellt, socioekologisk och\nsocio-politiskt perspektiv b\u00e5de lokalt och globalt.
